Piso King Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and Piso King ("piso king", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the website pisoking.best and all associated services, products, and features. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing any wager, or using any feature of piso king, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use piso king. The platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of piso king after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on piso king, including but not limited to sports betting, basketball betting, volleyball betting, MMA betting, esports betting, Tongits, and Bingo. 2. Eligibility

To register and use piso king, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Piso king does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online betting is lawful at the time of participation. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether your use of piso king complies with applicable local laws.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of piso king or any associated entity, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from piso king for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other person or entity.

Piso king reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) piso king account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering on piso king, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your piso king login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any third party. Piso king will never ask for your password through email, SMS, or any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All deposits to and withdrawals from piso king are processed in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The platform accepts deposits through the following channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay bank transfers, PESONet transfers, and eligible Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by channel and are displayed at the time of the transaction request. Piso king does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges — that is outside piso king's control.

• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name, as applicable.
• Piso king reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies equally to all players regardless of account history.
• Funds deposited into your piso king account and not yet wagered may be subject to review if there is reason to suspect the deposit was made fraudulently or through an unauthorised payment method.
• Unclaimed balances on dormant accounts — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee after prior notification.

Piso king processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet typically clear within 1–3 hours. Processing times during high-demand periods may vary.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on piso king are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. Piso king does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where the platform determines that an obvious technical error affected the bet.

Odds displayed on piso king are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet was accepted are displayed on your bet confirmation and in your bet history. Piso king reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or data feed error.

• Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your balance.
• Postponed events: If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, bets may stand at the platform's discretion. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will typically be voided.
• Abandoned events: Bets on events that are abandoned after commencement will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport or game type, as published in the betting rules section of piso king.
• Result disputes: Piso king uses official result sources. In the event of a dispute about an outcome, the platform's decision — based on the official governing body's ruling — is final.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may vary by sport, league, market type, and account status.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Piso king may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply on piso king:

• Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at a time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from the required wagering activity are eligible for withdrawal, subject to satisfying the full wagering requirement.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or balanced bets to clear wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting technical errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and potentially the full account balance, with account closure to follow.

7. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Security

Piso king operates on the principle of fair play. All players are expected to engage with the platform honestly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to place bets or interact with the platform without direct human input
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Attempting to exploit glitches, technical errors, or pricing discrepancies knowingly and systematically
• Any form of match fixing, match manipulation, or inside information betting
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any method to disguise your location or identity for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial crime through the piso king platform

Piso king employs monitoring systems to detect suspicious betting patterns and account behaviour. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Confirmed violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances, with the right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Piso king collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that document.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Piso king reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, extended account inactivity, or at the player's own request.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, piso king reserves the right to forfeit that balance in full. Players who believe their account was suspended in error may contact support@pisoking.best to initiate a review.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after standard verification procedures are completed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Piso king provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or internet infrastructure failures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, piso king's total liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Piso king is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to read and comply with these Terms, applicable betting rules, or individual promotion conditions. The responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing any bet or claiming any bonus rests with the player.

11. Changes to These Terms

Piso king may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address on their account or by a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will include a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Continued use of piso king after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revision, you should cease using the platform and request closure of your account before the effective date of the change.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute between a player and piso king, the parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication in the first instance by contacting support@pisoking.best.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or dispute resolution service applicable to the platform's operating jurisdiction. The platform's decision on matters of platform operation, game results, and rule interpretation is final unless overturned by a regulatory determination.
